SHIPPING

We hand create your pieces to order and will ship your order in about 2-8 weeks* after purchase (unless otherwise stated or agreed), using your preferred shipping option which can be chosen at checkout.

Paying express shipping option does not reduce the processing time.

All our orders are sent via Australia Post and can be tracked online but does not include insurance.

La Belle shall not held responsible for delays, missing goods in transit caused by the Postal Service, nor items not delivered because of incorrect delivery information provided. Please always double check your PayPal shipping address when place oder.

La Belle shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, delays due to extreme weather, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

Our delivery time does not include weekends and Public Holidays.

International packages arrive within 10-14 business days of shipped date by regular airmail, and between 2-4 days of shipped by express courier.

Domestic packages arrive within 2-5 business days of shipped date by regular mail, and between 24-48 hours days of shipped by express post.


 

Taxes & Duties for International Customers

Prices displayed are exclusive of taxes, duties and shipping fees.

All recipients are responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country of destination.

 


 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. However, if the product arrives damaged (not due to shipping) or you have received an item incorrectly, please email us at hello@labellethelabel.com prior to returning for a replacement. Please note that you are required to pay for return postage.
